About the Role

We are looking for a Client Services Team Member to join us on a part-time basis for a contracted period of 6 months. The role has the possibility of becoming a full-time role. It will be a hybrid role - combining working from home with office days - usually 1 per week at present.

You’ll work with an established and experienced team in the fast-moving world of media services supporting high profile clients across a wide variety of sectors.

Early start - Start time is usually 7am.

Monday to Friday shifts - 7am to 4pm with 1 hour for lunch

Weekend and bank holiday shifts - 7am to 11am

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Quality control of media content checked against client briefs and upload of relevant media content to client portals.
  • Broadcast monitoring duties.
  • Understand business systems and processes
  • Work with the wider team at Truehawk to review client profiles and delivery of services.
  • Additional responsibilities may be added as customer needs change.

This is a flexible part-time role that involves some morning weekend hours with the option to work from home at times or from the office depending on requirements.

About You

You have an interest in Irish news media across channels and topics. You enjoy the fast-moving nature of media and understand the need for clients to be informed first of breaking news.

You will have a key eye for detail and are always accurate in your delivery. You’ll have some experience working in a team structure and preferably have some associated media or communications experience.

Skills

  • Ability to work across a range of briefs and requirements for clients across sectors.
  • Good writing, research and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable using online platforms.
  • Microsoft Office product suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook.

  • Good organisational skills and time management.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: €15.00-€18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
