Part-Time Dishwasher

The Dishwasher / Prep Cook is responsible for ensuring high-quality service standards in dishwashing. This position cleans dishes, cutlery, and pots. In this role, you will interact with all front and back-of-house staff efficiently, courteously, respectfully, and friendly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the machine is up to temperature and record temperature throughout the day
• Cleaning dishes, cutlery, pots, glasses, pans, bus pans
• Putting items away after cleaning and dry
• May be asked to hold the 'call bell' phone from 7 pm to 8:30 pm
• Empty garbage, recycling
• Put dirty rags into bin (for evening porter to was
• Keep Kitchen workstations clean, maintained, and clear of any obstruction.
• Hold high standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Educational and Certification Requirments:

• Food Safe - Level I (preferred)
• WHMIS
