Part Time Food & Beverage Assistant - The Glasshouse Hotel, Sligo

WE ARE HIRING FOR PART TIME FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSISTANTS AT THE GLASSHOUSE!

Here at the award-winning 4-star Glasshouse hotel, we're currently hiring for Part-Time enthusiastic, personable team members to join our Food & Beverage team. Working hours will be mainly weekends, with occasional shifts during the week, hours will be 20-30 p.w - Breakfast shifts start at 7/8am & evening shifts starting at 3pm/5pm.

The role involves working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. We require our team members to be customer focused & ensure every guest receives a great service by going that extra step.

Duties Include:

Working as part of a team while having responsibility for your allocation of tables

Greeting of customers in a welcoming manner

Taking orders promptly & efficiently

Anticipating the needs of customers & handling requests

Frequently checking on your tables and ensuring your customers have all they require

Following safety procedures

Ensuring the highest levels of hygiene are maintained & that the food & beverage outlets & service areas are always clean & tidy

The Ideal Candidates:

Experience in a similar role within a restaurant / bar environment is desired.

Ability to multitask.

Flexible in their working hours.

Fluent spoken & written English.

Friendly with a good personality.

Knowledge of POS systems
