Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Food Server to deliver an elevated fine-dining experience inspired by authentic Italian hospitality. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, precision, and a strong service background in upscale dining environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide refined, attentive table service in a fine-dining setting
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the menu, daily specials, ingredients, and preparation techniques
• Confidently guide guests through food and wine selections and pairings
• Accurately take and enter orders while accommodating dietary restrictions and special requests
• Execute service according to fine-dining standards, including timing, presentation, and guest engagement
• Maintain immaculate dining areas and service stations
• Anticipate guest needs and address concerns with discretion and professionalism
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years serving experience required
• Fine-dining restaurant experience essential
• Proven knowledge of service etiquette and upscale dining standards
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
