Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of food preparation and safety practices within a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and equipment usage.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cooking duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- A passion for meal preparation and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.20-$23.00 per hour
