Then we have the position for you!

THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION AT THE MOMENT.

We’re looking for a person to handle both the front desk and some customer billing issues, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

Two of our employees has told us this past December that they've never worked for a better employer (you can ask them in person if you advance to the interview). So, we have an amazing team of people and we're looking for another positive, go-getter who wants to become part of the team.

YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST BASIC EXCEL SKILLS to succeed in this position (if you're not able use Excel and a Windows computer, this is not the position for you).

  • We track every job/project online,
  • so you have to be comfortable on the computer,
  • access documents online
  • and you MUST be able to use Excel (filter information, take screenshots, toggle between various sheets, etc.)

In addition to these basic tasks, you will send customer statements, follow up via phone calls regarding late payments, help process orders for clients picking up at the location, and more.

```Duties```

  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Preparing delivery tickets for orders
  • Send statements and follow-up with customers on invoices
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

```Experience```
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills

- BASIC EXCEL SKILLS IS A MUST (ability to filter, work with spreadsheets and other basic things)

-Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

-Professional attitude and appearance

-Solid written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.75 per hour
