Flair Hair and Beauty Supplies are an award-winning hair and beauty supplier. We are a family run business and have been supplying the professional hair, beauty, spa, nails, and make-up industry for over 50 years. With six large trade stores and over 10,000 products stocked, Flair is the largest privately owned hair & beauty trade supplier in Ireland.

Job Role

We have an exciting part time position at our Galway store. If you are passionate about the beauty industry, with a flair for multi-tasking this could be the role for you. We are looking for candidates who are confident under pressure, have a warm inviting manner, are flexible and love working as a part of a dynamic team.

v To be passionate about hair and beauty products and retail

v Actively approach customers to offer advice and guidance on products

v Ensure store is kept clean and welcoming to our customers

v Ensure company health and safety procedures are always followed

Your Profile

Be passionate about making customers happy,.

Previous experience in looking after customers in a fast paced environment as we look after phone and instore customer orders daily

Be obliging, flexible, a self-motivator who can work off own initiative but also as part of a team, as the job role has so many different areas that will be covered from cash handling to stock control to order fulfilment.

Organised, with a strong ability to multi-task under pressure

Excellent communication skills and fluent English

Requirements:

The candidate needs to be fully flexible to work 5 days a week,

Hair or Beauty qualifications preferred

The candidate needs to have experience in working with customers in a Retail environment as it is a very fast paced store.
