Part Time Spa Receptionist

AQUASPA are looking for an Experienced Spa Receptionist to cover annual leave.

At AquaSpa we have a unique opportunity for an experienced Spa Receptionist to join our award-winning Spa and the fantastic team, This role is perfect for a spa and health enthusiast with working knowledge of a busy reception.

This role is to guide, support the team of Therapists, and other spa staff, whilst executing the day-to-day general operational duties in accordance with the Spa’s Standard Operating Procedures.

• MUST HAVE WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PHOREST SOFTWARE
• Flexible roster however must be available to working evenings and every second Saturdays
• Advise guests of spa treatments and provide information on all products available at AquaSpa
• Perform administrative tasks such as the coordination of the Spas appointment schedule according to standards with attention to detail for the highest services.
• Monitor the cleanliness and professional presentation of the Treatment rooms and ensure all therapy rooms that are kept to good standards
• To receive orders and ensure product display areas are stocked according to standards and established par stock levels
• Manage the registration of Clients, make bookings, assist the communication process within the Spa
• Ensure that all clients are escorted to the Relaxation area/s prior to their treatment and made to feel comfortable by the offering of tea, coffee, and cold beverages

Applicants experienced in Phorest software an advantage but not necessary
