Contract: Casual / Part-time, Spring season
Ideal for: Freelancers, students, guides, teachers

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable Activity Leaders / Guides to work with our short-stay (mini-stay) student groups in Dublin this Spring.This is a flexible, casual role with work offered based on group bookings. Some weeks may be busy with morning and afternoon activities, while other weeks may be quieter. If you enjoy variety, meeting new people, and showcasing Dublin, this role offers excellent flexibility and competitive per-activity pay.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading and supervising groups on activities such as:

• Dublin city walking tours
• Visits to the National Museum, National Gallery, and other city-centre attractions
• Half-day excursions (e.g. Howth, Bray, Killiney Hill)
• Full-day excursions

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, confident, and engaging personality
• Comfortable leading groups and managing timings
• Good knowledge of Dublin and its main attractions (or willingness to learn)
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Experience working with students or groups is an advantage (but not essential)

Pay Rates (per activity)All rates include 8% holiday pay.

• 1.5-hour Dublin city walking tour: €50
• 1.5-hour city activity (museum visits, galleries, etc.): €35
• Half-day activity / airport transfer: €60
• 6–8 hour full-day excursion: €125
• 10-hour long full-day excursion: €155
• Additional hour: €15

Sunday work is paid at 1.5× the standard activity rate.
