• Weekends (8:00am – 4:30pm)

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Saturdays, Some Sundays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive and engaging experience.
• Order Taking: Accurately take customer orders and process payments.
• Coffee Making: Prepare a variety of high-quality coffee drinks, barista training is required for this role.
• Food Preparation: Assemble and serve sandwiches.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the front of house area clean, organised, and stocked.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside colleagues to ensure efficient service and a cohesive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential; Fully trained barista (required)
• Customer Service Skills: A passion for providing excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Availability: Must be available to work weekends
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
