Overview

We’re hiring for a paid summer role involving residential window cleaning across Vancouver. This is an independent, outdoor position focused on delivering high-quality work and strong customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to job sites across Vancouver (vehicle required)
• Manage schedule and customer updates through our app
• Perform window cleaning using a structured 7-step system
• Deliver streak-free results on glass, frames, and sills
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Capture before/after photos of work
• Coordinate with owner for final inspections

Compensation

• $25/hour
• ~6 hours/day, ~4 days/week (~$600/week)
• Paid weekly

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required)
• Available to work May–August (minimum 3-4 days/week)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual — able to work independently without supervision
• Comfortable with physical, outdoor work
• Professional communication skills with customers

Selected applicants will be invited to a paid trial shift.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
