- Develop and Nurture Partner Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners in Singapore, Indonesia & Malaysia, focusing on operational excellence and strategic growth.
- Strategies Partner Business Development: Craft and execute partner business strategies to scale Genesys solutions and capabilities through our SINGAPORE, INDONESIA & MALAYSIA partner network.
- Provide Operational Support: Ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively market and sell Genesys solutions.
- Collaborate on Business Plans: Work with partners to develop detailed business plans, including operational processes, sales targets, and go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely with internal sales leadership and ensue alignment of GTM strategies.
- Streamline Onboarding and Training: Coordinate with internal teams to optimize partner onboarding, training, and enablement, fostering a high-performance partner ecosystem.
- Monitor Performance Metrics: Track and manage partner performance metrics, driving continuous improvement in sales and operational efficiency.
- Integrate Partner Feedback: Facilitate the integration of partner feedback into product development and business processes to meet partner needs and deliver value.
- Manage Partnership Agreements: Negotiate and oversee partnership agreements, focusing on operational clauses that ensure smooth cooperation and mutual growth.
- Lead Operational Reviews: Organize and conduct regular operational reviews with partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and align on future objectives.
- Define Operational Excellence: Take the lead in enhancing operational excellence within our partner ecosystem in Southeast Asia.
- You can drive the business through accurate forecasting and strategic partner planning.
- You can create dynamic sales presentations working with industry best technical experts and educating your partner community.

- Demonstrate your proven abilities to create relationships with executives, stakeholders, and key influencers with both partners and customers.

- Proven background in partner management, operations, or business development, especially within the SaaS or cloud-based solutions sector.
- Proven experience communicating, negotiating, and closing with executives and stakeholders
- Proven experience understanding customer and partner needs and being able to articulate solutions.
- Demonstrable ability to lead a complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
- 6-8 years of sales experience (Cloud or SaaS based software sales preferred)
- BS or BA degree or equivalent work-related work experience
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Ability to speak and present in Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia will be beneficial.
