About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Parts Manager to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in both shop profitability and customer satisfaction by managing parts sourcing, inventory, and vendor relationships while supporting front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Parts & Inventory Management
- Source and order quality parts at the best possible pricing
- Negotiate with vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Track and maintain inventory levels
- Process parts returns, cores, and warranty claims
- Verify part accuracy upon arrival and resolve discrepancies
- Enter all verified parts into shop management system
- Monitor parts margins and follow shop pricing guidelines
- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely repairs
2. Customer & Shop Support
- Greet customers and answer phones professionally
- Assist with scheduling, updates, and general questions
- Update workflow board and support daily operations
- Help service advisors with check-ins, paperwork, and payments
- Run customer shuttle or shop errands as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front office
- Assist with selling recommended services when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Minimum 2 years of automotive parts or shop experience
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills (experience with Tekmetric a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shop as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
