Parts & Service Advisor A1 Chimney Sweepers

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Parts & Service Advisor to join our service department. This is a customer-facing role at the heart of our operation — you'll be the go-to person helping customers and technicians get the right parts and book service appointments. If you're someone who enjoys problem-solving, likes staying organized, and takes pride in great customer service, this could be a great fit.

What you'll be doing:

Parts & Inventory

• Assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their products, in person and over the phone
• Process sales and customer transactions accurately in our computer system
• Receive, verify, and stock incoming parts orders
• Supply technicians with the parts they need to complete service work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised parts counter and retail floor

Customer Service

• Greet and assist every customer promptly and professionally
• Listen carefully to customer needs and help find the right solution
• Schedule service and maintenance appointments for our technicians
• Handle customer questions and concerns with honesty and care, following up to ensure satisfaction

What we're looking for:

• A people person with strong communication skills — friendly, patient, and professional
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to research parts and interpret customer needs to find the right fit
• Basic computer proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a parts, service, or customer-facing retail role is an asset but not required — we're willing to train the right person
