Patent Paralegal Administrator

We are looking for a Patent Paralegal Administrator to join our team in Bologna (Smart Working applicable).

The candidate will experience a challenging multibusiness and multidisciplinary environment spanning form mechanichs to electronics and AI applied to packaging machines; belonging to Paralegal Unit, as part of the Intellectual Property Department, He/She will strongly interact with both internal Patent Attorneys, external IP firms and with European/Italian Patent Offices, to perform all the paralegal activities and formalities connected to all the processes for Italian, European and International Patents/Trademarks applications.

Major accountabilities will include:

• Italian, European and International filing procedure (professional and deep knowledge of at least one among them);
• Prosecution and Grant procedure;
• Maintenance procedure;
• Accounting fundamentals.

Basic Requirements:

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in the role;
• Proficient use of Patent Management Software for Annuity Management, IP Portfolio Database (e.g. CPI or other equivalent Software);
• Fluent both in Italian and in English.

Preferred Requirements:

• Master’s Degree;
• Accounting and legal skills.
