Job Description:

Poole Eyecare in Clover is looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join our practice. This position is primarily a phone role, with opportunities to learn all aspects of an eyecare office over time.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answering phones
• Scheduling eye exams and medical appointments
• Assisting patients in ordering contact lenses
• Answering general patient questions
• Providing excellent customer service

Additional Responsibilities (Training Provided):

• Patient check-in and check-out
• Pre-testing
• Pulling and verifying insurance
• Optical sales and assisting patients with eyewear

Schedule / Hours:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• One-hour lunch break from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM
• Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Pay Rate:

$15-$18 per hour (depending on experience)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Must be available for the times listed above
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work well with patients
• Willingness to learn and be a team player
• Experience in a medical or optical office is a plus, but not required

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
