PATIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

Join the dynamic Miller Health team in our new and beautiful 10,000 square foot facility on Mississaga Street East in downtown Orillia. We are looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator who is friendly, cheerful, detail oriented and efficient. Customer service skills are an asset and additional training will be provided. The Patient Experience Coordinator (PEC) will be responsible for:

• General PEC duties (i.e. patient communication, appointment scheduling, billing)
• Supporting clinicians with patient flow
• General office maintenance
• Collaboration with fellow team members to provide an exceptional patient and team experience
• Other duties as required

Experience

• Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience with one of more of the following considered an asset: third party billing, clinical databases, accounts receivable, retail.
• Certificate in medical office administration preferred but not a requirement
• Customer service experience preferred.

• Proficient with computers, especially word and excel

Requirement

• Candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, early mornings and some Saturdays.
