Qualifications

• Medical administrative support experience
• Proficiency in EHR systems such as Epic and Meditech
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of medical terminology and CPT coding
• Excellent patient service and front desk skills
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
• Experience with medical records management and clerical tasks
• Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and customer service inquiries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
