Payroll & Hr Manager

One of the largest and most established chauffeured transportation companies in Nevada, proudly serving the market since 1970, is now under new ownership since 2025 and entering a new phase of growth and modernization across Las Vegas and the West Coast.

We are currently hiring a Payroll & HR Manager to oversee payroll processing and human resources functions for approximately 180 employees based in Las Vegas.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for managing all payroll operations and HR processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll for 180+ employees
• Ensure compliance with Nevada labor laws and payroll regulations
• Oversee onboarding, employee records, and HR administration
• Handle benefits administration (health insurance, vacation, holidays)
• Maintain accurate reporting and payroll documentation
• Support management with HR policies and employee relations
• Work closely with the accounting and operations teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and HR
