• Own the day-to-day payroll processes, preparing spreadsheets, adjustments, bonuses, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll activities.
• Collaborate with IT to drive enhancements in payroll programs, minimizing manual inputs and supporting efficiency initiatives.
• Prepare, verify, and process payroll payments, including income, leave, overtime, commissions, prizes, and other adjustments before finalization.
• Ensure the correct booking and reporting of payroll-related accounts, including taxes and withholdings, while supporting audit and compliance requirements.
• Support internal, corporate, tax, social security, and SOX audit requests
• Support expense report review and ensure compliance with Travel and Expense (T&E) policy. Support CBS in resolving any T&E policy issues encountered by CP personnel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred), Business Administration, or related field.
• Combine 5 years of experience in payroll processing and accounting.
• Advanced skills in Excel and database management.
• Knowledge of SAP

• Prior work experience with multinational or consumer goods companies.
• Experience supporting audit processes (tax, social security, SOX).
• Analytical mindset with proven attention to detail and process improvement.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor law.
