Payroll Specialist

Green Light Distribution is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and are driven to excel. The Payroll Specialist plays a crucial role in the financial and human resources operations of the organization by processing accurate payroll. This position involves the insurance of accurate data and timely payroll delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for all employees
• Maintain and audit payroll records
• Review timecards, deductions, and adjustments
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws

Relevant Work Experience and Requirements:

• Payroll processing experience
• Knowledge of payroll laws and auditing
• Proficiency with payroll systems (ADP)
• Strong attention to detail
• All candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment background screening, which includes review of criminal history, motor vehicle records, and a drug screening.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
