RN / LPN – Pediatric Private Duty

Multiple Metro Atlanta Locations

Quality Care & Love is hiring multiple RN and LPN nurses for pediatric private duty home care across Metro Atlanta.

We currently have multiple medically complex pediatric cases available with flexible PRN scheduling and consistent weekly hours.

This is one-on-one care in the home setting supporting medically fragile children.

Pay

RN: Up to $50/hr

LPN: Up to $35/hr

Smyrna

Powder Springs

Villa Rica

Norcross / Peachtree Corners

All schedules are flexible and coordinated with the family.

Example Case Needs

Smyrna

6-year-old female with PMM2-CDG, seizure disorder, and global developmental delay.

Nonverbal and dependent for ADLs.

Wheelchair and mobility equipment used.

Approximately 8 hours per week.

Villa Rica

4-year-old female with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and developmental delay.

Nonverbal, non-ambulatory, and dependent for ADLs.

Seizure monitoring and feeding support required.

Approximately 8 hours per week.

Powder Springs

2-year-old male with complex congenital heart disease and developmental delay.

G-tube feedings and respiratory monitoring.

Approximately 16 hours per week.

Two households involved with flexible scheduling.

Norcross / Peachtree Corners

7-year-old female with Trisomy 18 and G-tube dependence.

Medication administration and close supervision required.

Approximately 8 hours per week.

Qualifications

Active Georgia RN or LPN license

Pediatric or home care experience preferred

Reliable transportation

Compassionate, family-centered care approach
