The Opportunity:
Looking to take the next step in your HR career? We’re seeking a People & Culture Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term position covering maternity leave. If you enjoy supporting people, building strong relationships, and ensuring smooth HR processes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you’ll manage key activities across the employee lifecycle—such as onboarding, staff movements, and exits—using our HRIS platform.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Central administrative hub for HR: Streamline HR operations and communication.
  • Support HR Advisory Managers: Assist with projects, reports, and HR initiatives.
  • Expert in City HRIS platform: Manage data and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Primary contact for inquiries: Handle team and line manager questions professionally.
You will be required to demonstrate:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field are preferred.
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with a focus on interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being an effective team player.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • A strong emphasis on confidentiality and sensitivity in handling HR-related matters.
  • Exceptional customer focus
