People, Culture & Capability (PCC) Manager / HR Business Partner (Morning Shift)
We're looking for an experienced People, Culture & Capability (PCC) Manager / HR Business Partner to support a growing Australian business and lead its entire people function.
✅ Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
✅ Previous experience supporting Australian organizations
✅ Strong knowledge of Australian Employment Law, Fair Work, NES, and Modern Awards
✅ Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and full-cycle recruitment
✅ Experience implementing and managing HRIS platforms, preferably Employment Hero
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Ability to work autonomously in a standalone HR leadership role
✅Morning shift Australian and it's a Work From Home set up
In this role, you'll be responsible for partnering with leadership on strategic people initiatives, managing the full employee lifecycle, overseeing recruitment and performance management, ensuring HR compliance, leading Employment Hero implementation and optimization, and driving a positive employee experience across the organization.
