Permits And Licenses Liaison

Good Eats by SSI, a subsidiary of Rustan's Group of Companies,is currently looking for Permits and Licenses Liaison. Must be willing to be assigned to Makati City.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing of applications and renewals of permits and licenses
• Preparation of government documents to be submitted in securing and renewing permits & licenses
• Preparation of liquidation of expenses paid in relation to securing and renewing permits & licenses
• Ensure permits and licenses are in compliance with government standards, obtained and renewed accordingly in a timely manner.
• Provides administrative support, organization, processing and safekeeping of all documents

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's/Graduate of Finance or Business and Management related course
• Excellent communication skills, well-organized with high attention to details
• Proficient in using MS Office, Google Workspace, and proven knowledge in office management systems
• Experience in permits & licenses and compliance is an advantage but not required
• Must be willing to do fieldwork and be assigned in Makati City
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
