Personal Assistant / Administrative/Customer Service/Bookkeeping Support

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative and bookkeeping support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently while supporting day-to-day business and personal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally
  • Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Record and reconcile bank statements and track transactions
  • Order office supplies and manage vendor communications
  • Perform general office administration duties as required
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration, personal assistance, or bookkeeping
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Professional, trustworthy, and discreet

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bookkeeping or business administration experience
  • Experience supporting senior management or small business owners
