Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant General Manager to support the daily operations of our business. This role involves overseeing administrative functions, assisting with customer service, and ensuring smooth office workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and organizational skills, with experience in office management and excellent communication abilities. Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate appointments and meetings using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Office experience
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and maintaining organized records
- Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries via phone and email with proper phone etiquette
- Utilize DocuSign for electronic document signing processes
- Maintain organizational systems for files, correspondence, and reports to ensure efficiency
- Support the executive team with clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and calendar management
- Contribute to team projects by providing accurate data entry and supporting administrative workflows
Qualifications
- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and front desk procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to proofread documents carefully and ensure accuracy in all communications
- Familiarity with DocuSign or electronic signature platforms is a plus
- Office experience that demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills

Pay: $49,825.48-$76,061.03 per year
