About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Personal Assistant (Co-Founders’ Office, 50–80%) to support our CEO and CFO (both Co-Founders) in Zurich. This role is central to ensuring that our co-founders can focus on strategic priorities while you manage a wide range of operational and organizational tasks.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedules, and inboxes of the co-founders
- Coordinate meetings, internal communication, and cross-team alignment
- Organize travel, expenses, and logistics for international business trips
- Handle office management, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Support with personal matters, gifts, and special arrangements where needed
Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant continuous experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, growth company, or finance sector) in Switzerland
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
- Based in Zurich, with availability to typically work daily from the office (mornings preferred, flexibility possible)
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a hands-on, “get-things-done” attitude
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
- Existing Swiss work permit
- Available immediately (flexible start possible)
