Personal Lines/Commercial Lines - Insurance Agent

To be a successful candidate, you must have:

• ✅ Industry Knowledge:

Extensive knowledge of small businesses, particularly in the trucking and transportation industry.

• ✅ Sales & Customer Service Passion:

A genuine passion for sales, customer service, and building relationships with business owners.

• ✅ Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (insurance experience preferred).
• Marketing background a plus.
• P&C Insurance License is a strong plus.
• ✅ Skills:
• Excellent sales and communication abilities (phone and email).
• Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with strong software proficiency.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively.
• Production and numbers-driven mindset.
• ✅ Work Ethic & Attitude:
• Proactive, self-starter who takes initiative.
• Strong work ethic and pride in your performance.
• Willingness to work rotating weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
