Personal Trainer - Fit20 Training Provided

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, and friendly Personal Trainer to join our growing team. If you have a genuine passion for health and fitness and love helping others achieve their goals in a smart, time-efficient way, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions using the fit20 method. Experience in the fitness industry is an advantage, but not essential - full training will be provided.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and ensure each session is safe, focused, and effective.
  • Consistently show up prepared and on time — reliability is key to our clients’ success.
  • Track and communicate client progress using fit20 systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
  • Participate in ongoing fit20 training and development to continually improve your skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong passion for health, fitness, and helping people achieve their goals.
  • Highly reliable, punctual, and professional in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be fully flexible, with shifts including evenings and weekends.
