Pharmacy Assistant - Full-Time

Position Overview

Manila Pharmacy is an independent community pharmacy conveniently located beside Atlantic Medical Centre. We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused full-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in a permanent position starting April 2026.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about patient care and is committed to supporting efficient pharmacy operations in a professional healthcare setting.

Work Schedule

• Weekdays with rotational weekend shifts
• 35–40 hours per week
• Start Date: April 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions
• Accurately enter and maintain patient and prescription information using Kroll software
• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy assistant experience
• Experience with Kroll pharmacy software is an asset
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Tagalog language skills are considered an asset
