The Opportunity

We are looking for an Inventory Coordinator to manage and control inventory across our operations. This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse and administrative responsibilities.

You will play a key role in ensuring high-value telecom equipment is accurately tracked, properly stored, and readily available to support our field teams. This role works closely with Finance, Operations, and Construction teams.

What You’ll Do

Inventory Management & Control

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock is available
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Track inventory movement between warehouse and project sites
  • Ensure strong organization, labelling, and storage practices

Procurement & Administration

  • Support purchase orders, receiving, and invoice matching
  • Coordinate ordering of materials
  • Maintain documentation and audit trails
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation

Warehouse Operations

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments
  • Prepare and stage materials for field teams
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse

Team Support

  • Work closely with Construction teams to support project needs
  • Help ensure materials are available when and where they are needed
  • Identify risks related to shortages, delays, or excess inventory
  • Support continuous improvement in processes and systems

What You Bring

  • 2–5+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics roles
  • Experience with inventory systems or ERP tools (iVue experience is an asset)
  • Experience supporting procurement or purchase order processes
  • Comfortable working in both administrative and physical environments
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in telecom, construction, or field service environments is an asset

Working Conditions

  • Combination of office and warehouse environment
  • Physical work including lifting and moving materials
  • Operation of warehouse equipment
  • Travel between locations is required

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
