Plant Accounting Supervisors

Responsibilities:

· Supervise the three accounting teams (MB, Gripen and Training Center) from their daily

tasks up to posting of entries in MS Navision;

· Assist the FD in the preparation of financial statements & other necessary reports;

· Responsible in training new accounting staff; and

· Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.

· Proficient in financial systems (ERP, MS Navision, SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Organized, reliable, and proactive.

· Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

Education and Experience:

· BS degree in Accountancy, Finance or its equivalent, preferably a CPA;

· Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

· Experience in production, manufacturing, or similar environment.
