Plant Supervisor
  • Lead a team of plant operators and technicians. Assign tasks, provide training, and ensure the staff adheres to established operational procedures and safety protocols.
  • Ensure that the district cooling plant complies with all local regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Conduct safety audits, inspections, and ensure all staff members follow proper safety procedures.
  • Prepare regular operational reports, maintenance logs, and incident reports. Provide data on system performance, maintenance activities, and energy consumption to senior management.
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentorship for plant operators and technicians. Promote continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, maintenance departments, and management to ensure plant performance aligns with overall company goals. Assist with the commissioning of new equipment or system upgrades.
  • Lead the team in responding to emergencies, such as equipment failures or system malfunctions, ensuring that corrective measures are taken quickly to restore operations.
  • Conduct safety audits and ensure proper training for all plant staff.
  • Oversee the operations of the district cooling plant, ensuring that all equipment (chillers, cooling towers, pumps, pipes, etc.) is functioning efficiently and in accordance with safety and operational standards.
  • Ensure the plant’s routine and preventive maintenance programs are followed. Coordinate with engineers and technicians to perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Monitor energy consumption and look for opportunities to reduce energy usage while maintaining system performance. Work with management to ensure that operational costs are managed efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Santo Tomas (Batangas, Calabarzon): Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Plant Supervisor: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • NCII (Required)

Location:

  • Santo Tomas (Batangas, Calabarzon) (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
