Plumber

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced plumber to join our maintenance team. This role requires a proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety and compliance standards.
Balford Plumbers are required to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility for our emergency plumbing, 24/7 call-out services. This role will involve unsociable hours but we do help with giving the option of a 4 day week

Key Responsibilities:
Balford provide a wide range of professional plumbing services, including:
Day to day servicing
Boiler Servicing
Heating installation and installing new boilers
Leaking water pipes
Sewerage problems
Blocked drains
Emergency call outs
Blocked or cracked toilets
Plumbing repairs
Mystery leaks
Kitchen appliance repair
Plumbing repairs and servicing
Keep accurate records of work performed, including any parts or equipment used.
Collaborate with team members to ensure job completion meets company standards and client expectations.
Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring work environments are secure for colleagues and clients.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in plumbing maintenance
Knowledge of Irish building and safety regulations.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid full Irish driver’s license.
