Overview

We’re not hiring a manager—we’re hiring a builder and operator.

Apex Solutions is looking for a proven leader to take ownership of an established $3.2M plumbing division and scale it to $5M–$10M+.

This is a growth role, not a maintenance role.

You’ll inherit an existing team, customer base, and infrastructure. Your mission is to optimize performance, increase profitability, and build a high-performing operation that can scale.

What You’ll Own

• Full P&L responsibility for a $3.2M division
• Hiring, training, and leading plumbing technicians
• Revenue growth, gross margin, and profitability
• Pricing strategy, job costing, and KPI tracking
• Service + install coordination and operational flow
• Inventory, vendor relationships, and procurement
• Customer experience, retention, and brand reputation
• Building scalable systems and processes

What Success Looks Like (12–24 Months)

• Grow revenue from $3.2M $5M+ (with path to $10M)
• Improve gross margin and net profit
• Increase revenue per technician and close rates
• Build a high-performing, accountable team
• Implement systems that support long-term scal

Compensation & Upside

• Base salary + performance-based incentives tied to revenue and profitability
• Top performers can earn $120K–$150K+

Requirements

• 5+ years of plumbing industry experience
• Proven leadership in service or operations management
• Kentucky Master Plumbing License (preferred/required based on role)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
