We’re currently hiring a Pool Service Technician and offer one of the strongest overall compensation packages in the area.

What We Offer:

• Pay: $24–$28/hr depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (no weekends)
• Company vehicle and fuel card provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain, clean, and service residential pools/spas
• Test and balance water chemistry
• Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment including pumps, filters, and heaters
• Communicate clearly with customers and management
• Document service visits using a mobile app
• Maintain proper inventory and company vehicle.

Qualifications:

• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work independently
• Strong time management skills
• Pool service experience preferred but not required (training provided)

Preferred (Not Required):

• CPO certification
• Basic plumbing or mechanical background
