Gringo's Pool Service is a fast-growing pool service and repair company in Houston, TX.

We are looking for reliable Pool Cleaning Techs who want steady work, flexibility, and the chance to earn more based on performance.

Pool Cleaning Techs get paid per pool serviced, rather than by the hour. This means:

• You start with a set number of pools based on your experience level
• As you show efficiency and quality, you'll have the chance to take on more pools - which means higher pay
• The better you perform, the more you can earn

There's no strict "shift" - your day is done once your route is complete, and you would work Monday - Friday.

We are willing to train you as well.

Here's what the job looks like...

1. You get a company truck

This means you will start your day from your home. You will complete your pool service route for the day. We work rain or shine (we do not work in lightening or any severe weather).

You get to take the truck home so you don't have to waste your gas or time going to an office or warehouse each day.

2. You clean pools

Our pool techs usually clean 8-12 pools a day.

Cleaning the pools requires:

• Checking pool chemistry and balancing it (don't worry, we will train you on how)
• Brushing the pool walls
• Emptying skimmer baskets
• Vacuuming each pool

Bottom line is... you will keep the pool clean & clear year round.

3. You get done early

Most of our pool techs get an early start. They like to get the pools done so they can spend the afternoons and evenings doing what they want, with the people they want.

The more efficiently you work, the more pools you can handle, and the more you earn. As you improve your skills and speed, we can add more pools to your route, directly increasing your income.

FAQs:

1. Who will I be working with?

You will do your pool routes by yourself. However, we have a support team that will be in contact with you throughout the day.

2. How long is training?

Our training program is 2 weeks long. If you have experience, it can be shorter than that. We will just want to test your skills in the field.

3. How many weeks of vacation do I get?

You get 4 weeks of vacation per year to recharge and spend time with family and friends.
