We are currently recruiting for a full-time Thermal Area Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our spa’s outdoor thermal facilities and development of same ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a proud ambassador of the new thermal spa areas at Bellinter House Hotel & Bathhouse Spa.

Key responsibilities for the role will include:

· Oversee the development of the indoor and outdoor thermal suite facilities.

· Supervise and support the thermal spa team whilst liaising with the Spa Supervisor.

· Ensure all thermal facilities are operating safely, efficiently, and in line with health and hygiene regulations.

· Conduct regular inspections of thermal areas, equipment, and water quality and record all these inspections.

· Manage the thermal spa booking system ensuring it runs smoothly and that guests leave at the appropriate times.

· Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for repairs and cleanliness standards.

· Assist with scheduling and training of thermal spa staff.

· Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure availability of towels, robes, slippers and amenities

What We’re Looking For:

· Previous experience in spa/leisure with supervisory experience preferred.

· Knowledge of thermal spa operations, water treatment and health & safety standards.

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· A customer focused and can-do attitude.

· Relevant qualifications in Pool Plant Operators course, health & wellness and leisure management (desirable)
