Power Bi - Finance Corplan Data Assistant

Main Tasks:

1. Data collection, cleaning and preparation: Identify and gather data from various sources. Then organize, clean, and prepare data for analysis to ensure accuracy and consistency

2. Data analysis: Perform analysis to identify trends and provide insights to support decisions related to sales, inventory, and profitability.

3. Reporting and visualization: Generate reports, charts, and dashboards to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

4. Collaboration: Work with different teams to understand business operations and deliver data-driven solutions.

5. Database management: Maintain and set up databases and data infrastructure.

Skills:

1. Intermediate knowledge in Power BI, including data modelling (DAX, Power Query), advanced visualizations, as well as Microsoft Excel for data analysis and validation.

2. Analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.

3. Demonstrates strong organizational and multitasking skills and ensures timely completion of reports.

4. Strong communication skills to explain technical findings in a clear and understandable way to various departments.

5. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate with colleagues at multiple levels.

Organizational Relationship: Reports and be directly responsible to the Finance & Corplan Manager in the performance of his/her duties and responsibilities.

I. Assists the Finance & Corporate Planning Manager in the preparation, analysis and evaluation of the annual budget of the Company on a per department per month presentation to Management for approval and preparing data for special projects assigned by the President thru the Corplan Manager.

II.

1. Coordinates closely with various dept. regarding the quantification and study of their expenses and capex proposals.

2. Preparations, consolidation and validation of the Company’s annual budget planning process for Management presentation and approval.

3. Suggests appropriate classification of expenses as to what account for a more detailed analysis.

4. Reports actual monthly expenses as compared to budget and monitors those expenses with abnormal increases for better control purposes.

5. Assists in the preparation of various monthly sales reports for all sales unit including retail stores.

a. Monthly Sales Report Summary

b. Concession’s Liquidated Sales Reports with Corresponding Sales Target.

c. Monthly Sales Report by Region

6. Performs other related duties as may be assigned.
