Practice Administrator

Key responsibilities:

  • Be able to work on-site at our consulting suites.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, text messages, and respond to enquiries.
  • Welcome clients and their carers.
  • Scheduling appointments, as well as coordinating client appointments their supports.
  • Process payments and invoices, and complete other administrative tasks, including data entry, diary management, filing and scanning, via a cloud-based practice management system.
  • Our work is always important and not always easy. Having an empathic nature with a pleasant and diplomatic personality that understands each of our clients are dealing with life-altering circumstances, is vital.
  • Be accountable for actions that can encourage positive impacts, as well as a keen initiative to working with a supportive team.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Extensive experience in organising, having strategies to multitasks and assist in monitoring daily work tasks, reception/administration experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccable customer service.
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a multitasking workload.
  • Confidence in working with technology.
  • Flexibility in between structured routine, yet being able to perform optimally without supervision, getting tasks completed asap.
  • We want someone who is motivated to work, quick learner, high performer & high achiever, and capable of working autonomously.
  • At least a Diploma/Bachelors degree preferred, or explain why we should consider anything beneath a diploma.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: $49,747.29 – $57,403.32 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubbo NSW 2830: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High School (Year 12) (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Working with Children Check (Preferred)
  • National Police Check (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Required)

Work Location: In person
