AMS Diagnostics is a consultant-led, direct-access diagnostic service supporting GPs and their patients, providing rapid access to outpatient investigations.

The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and personable Clinic Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the centre. This is a key front-facing role, combining reception duties with operational coordination to ensure an efficient and welcoming service for all patients.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing a professional and friendly welcome
· Manage appointment bookings, scheduling, and patient enquiries (phone, email, in-person)
· Register patients and ensure all details are accurate and up to date
· Coordinate daily clinic flow, supporting clinicians and ensuring sessions run on time
· Prepare and send diagnostic reports to GPs and referring clinicians in a timely manner
· Maintain patient records in line with data protection and confidentiality standards
· Handle billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks
· Monitor supplies and support general centre organisation
· Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and compliance standards
About You
· Previous experience in a healthcare, medical reception, or administrative role
· Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
· Confident using booking systems and general IT software
· High attention to detail, especially when handling patient information
· A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently
· Commitment to providing excellent patient care and service

Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
