DESCRIPTION:
Provide overall management and coordination of policies, procedures and programs of the Imaging Center. Assure appropriate staffing, supplies and maintenance of equipment, as well as, required regulatory licenses. Manage charges to and reconcile Imaging Center account to assure appropriateness of expenses.
Required Background:
Requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a business related field.
- 4+ years of supervisor or management experience.
Specific Responsibilities:
Establish schedules, task assignments and allocation of manpower, space and equipment to ensure conformance with the center’s commitments.
- Determine fiscal requirements, monitor, verify and reconcile expenditure of funds; prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly reports on center’s progress; ensure compliance with all accrediting agencies related to the center.
- Serve as liaison with all levels of administration, physicians and outside organizations to coordinate business, accomplish directives and to facilitate the resolution of problems.
- Manage the compilation of and/or prepare operational and financial reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.
- Develop operating policies and procedures for the Center; conduct meetings with subordinates to ensure compliance with established practices; implement new policies and keep employees abreast of current changes and standards.
- Represent the Center in meetings, conferences and maintenance activities.
- Manage the Center’s payroll reporting on a bi-weekly basis.
- Coordinate various personnel functions including, but not limited to, hiring, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers and vacation schedules.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
- Assist Director in the administration of the Center operations and comply with projects and program needs.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
