ALOHA Mental Arithmetic - New Manila is searching for energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Coaches! In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital role in igniting a love of numbers and developing critical thinking skills in our students.
Job Description
Facilitate engaging lessons and activities using the proven ALOHA mental arithmetic method.
Tailor instruction to meet the unique learning styles and interests of each child.
Track student progress and provide personalized feedback to encourage achievement.
Foster collaboration and social interaction through interactive games, songs, and storytelling.
Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student performance and progress.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management while adhering to company policies.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, Child Development, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus! Genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young minds
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Enthusiasm for learning and continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
Physically fit and energetic to keep up with young learners
Cheerful, positive, and adaptable to various classroom environments
Familiarity with MS Office and Google applications (a plus)
