Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of CNC brake presses using European style tooling
• Program machines and adjust programs to meet job requirements
• Ensure brake presses are properly set up before and during production runs
• Make on-the-fly adjustments to ensure finished parts meet specifications
• Ensure machines and programs are set up correctly before shift changes to maintain workflow continuity
• Interpret and work from fabrication drawings
• Select, install, and change brake press tooling as required
• Manually load and position materials in machines
• Maintain accuracy and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process

Qualifications

• 1–5 years experience operating a CNC brake press preferred
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
• Strong understanding of aluminum and galvanized steel materials
• Comfortable working with imperial measurements and maintaining tight tolerances
• Basic math skills required for layout and forming calculations
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines; occasional overtime may be required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
