Pressure Washer/Property Maintenance Worker

Job Overview
We are hiring for a position involving exterior cleaning services such as pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and soft washing. Duties include cleaning patios, parkade ramps, walls, windows, gutters, and other exterior surfaces. Training will be provided, and work will be done using professional equipment.

Work Hours

• Full time hours, typically 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Occasional flexibility required based on workload, weather, and seasonal demand.

Duties

• Perform pressure washing on patios, driveways, parkades, and exterior surfaces
• Clean interior and exterior windows, including balcony and hard to reach areas
• Complete gutter cleaning and debris removal
• Assist with soft washing of buildings and surfaces
• Set up, operate, and maintain cleaning equipment
• Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Follow instructions and maintain quality standards on all jobs

Skills

• Reliable and able to show up on time
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn
• Comfortable with physical outdoor work
• Ability to work at heights (ladders/roofs when required)
• Attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license is an asset (not required)
• Previous labour or cleaning experience is an asset (not required)

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
