About the Role:

We are seeking a methodical, detail-oriented Preventive Maintenance Technician to care for a network of fitness clubs across Dublin. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is highly organised, and understands the importance of keeping fitness equipment in peak condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive servicing of all gym floor fitness equipment

• Clean and protect internal components of machines to ensure optimal performance

• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly working environment

• Complete clear and accurate job sheets detailing work carried out

• Identify and report potential issues or faults with machines before they escalate

• Work respectfully alongside club members and team, with minimal disruption

• Transport and manage basic spare parts and tools

Requirements:

• Proven attention to detail and a methodical approach to maintenance tasks

• Ability to identify machine components and potential wear issues

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – very good English essential

• Own transport (vehicle suitable for carrying tools and small parts)

• Polite, professional, and presentable when working in member areas

• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organisation in both work and tools
