Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education, while working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to adult patients
• Conduct physical exams, diagnose conditions, order, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the EMR system

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing
• Current NP license and national certification (FNP, ANP, or equivalent)
• BLS/ACLS certified
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in primary care preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• EMR proficiency
