Process Improvement Coordinator
The Opportunity – Create communities full of energy, soul and life.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Improvement Coordinator to join our Town Centres team.

Based at our Sydney Head Office, this newly created role supporting the Head of Business Performance will help lift how we work by capturing “how things are done”, turning that knowledge into clear, practical documentation, and making it easy for teams to onboard and perform at their best

What you’ll do

  • Partner with subject matter experts to define, document and prioritise processes, capturing the what and why, and translating these into easy-to-use SOPs, checklists and templates.
  • Build and maintain a new SharePoint process hub that’s structured, searchable, version-controlled and kept up to date.
  • Create onboarding packs for each function (e.g., setting up a new Admin Manager with the processes and tools they need to succeed).
  • Work closely with the Business Solutions Manager to identify bottlenecks, duplication and handover issues, and help apply best-practice ways of working with improved SOPs.
  • Over time, build capability to support and lead process workshops, asking the right questions and tracking outcomes.

About you

You’re a proactive, solutions-focused professional who enjoys bringing order to complexity- someone who can work with subject matter experts to define, document and improve processes, and translate them into practical SOPs, checklists and onboarding materials that people actually use.

This role would suit a high-performing Team Assistant / Coordinator ready to step into a broader business improvement remit, with the opportunity to build capability and grow into facilitating process workshops over time.

Experience & Skills That Count

  • Experience in coordination/administration, operations or process improvement roles.
  • Strong documentation skills (SOPs, guides, templates, onboarding materials).
  • Confidence with SharePoint and document governance.
  • Stakeholder management and a practical, solution-focused mindset.

The Right Mindset

  • Solution mindset: you look for practical ways forward and enjoy making things better.
  • Proactive & organised: you can prioritise multiple processes and keep momentum across stakeholders.
  • Curious collaborator: you ask thoughtful questions, listen deeply, and build trust quickly.

The Stockland Proposition

We offer a competitive package with base salary, super, short term incentive eligibility and participation in our employee share scheme plus further benefits. We’re a community: supportive, collaborative and united by purpose. We value diverse perspectives and foster a workplace where everyone feels respected and supported. Please let us know if you need any adjustments during the recruitment process.

Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or Open Work Visa holders with more than 12 months validity from their role start date.
