Process Technician Iii

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of production processes, equipment operation, and quality control standards. As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing production processes to meet quality and efficiency targets.

Duties

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine checks on machinery to identify any issues or malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related problems promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including output rates and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety protocols.

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with process control systems and quality assurance practices is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
